Top Model. Zostań modelką (Polish for Top Model. Become a Model) is an ongoing reality documentary based on Tyra Banks' America's Next Top Model that pits contestants from Poland against each other in a variety of competitions to determine who will win the title of the next Polish Top Model and a lucrative modeling contract with NEXT agency as well as an appearance on the cover of the Polish issue of Glamour and a nationwide Max Factor campaign in hopes of a successful future in the modeling business.[1]
The competition is hosted by Polish born supermodel Joanna Krupa who serves as the lead judge alongside fashion designer Dawid Woliński, journalist Karolina Korwin-Piotrowska and photographer Marcin Tyszka.[2] It has also been confirmed that international topmodels Anja Rubik and Magdalena Mielcarz will make guest appearances and coaching the contestants in some episodes.[3]

The challenge usually focuses on an element important to modeling which will help the girls along the way, and help them improve for the week's photoshoot. A guest judge, who is unique to each episode, evaluates the contestants and decides the winner of each challenge. The winner of the challenge receives a prize for her victory. Sometimes the challenge winner is permitted to choose a certain number of other contestants to receive a similar, but lesser, reward, while the others are given nothing.
Based upon the girls' performance in the week's challenge, photoshoot, and general attitude, the judges deliberate and decide which girl must leave the competition. Once the judges have made their decision, the girls are called back into the room. The host calls out the names of the girls who performed well in the challenge and photoshoot, handing them a copy of their best photo from the shoot. The last two girls, whose names have not been called, are given criticism about why they have landed in the bottom two, and ultimately one girl is eliminated from the competition. The contestant who is eliminated does not receive a photo.
